M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E Mickey Mouse!!!!!
We headed to Florida to visit the in-laws this week- we officially made it through another airport fiasco, this time with a sick baby in tow.(see previous post about maneuvering through baby's first airplane ride) But hey we still have to head home.
My in law's live just under 2 hours from Orlando and all of its glorious theme parks! I officially had an excuse to go to Disney- atleast I told my husband it was all for the baby- when secretly the little girl inside me jumped for joy at the thought of entering the "Magic Kingdom"!!!!
We packed up our buggie- snacks for the road and the theme park and everything we thought we would need for an ENTIRE DAY out with a 6 month old baby!
We arrived shortly after the park opened- parked our car and awaited the shuttle to take us to the entrance!
Before I get started with how we maneuvered the park I have to add that the night before we purchased our tickets online for pickup at "will call". While doing this we also made reservations through the disney website for not only lunch and dinner at one of the many restaurants in the magic kingdom- but also for rides! thats right- no waiting to enter our favorite rides!
I was also able to bookmark the parades and musical performances as well as meet and greets with characters on my calendar for the day. AND the best part was that there was an app for me to manage it all while at the park!
If the rides I reserved had little to No line- I was able to swap them out for rides that had a longer weight time. (this entire process is called FAST PASS LINE)
